No matter where you live, you can cast your ballot right here on campus!
Can I vote?
You must be 18 years of age or older on election day and a Canadian citizen. Register to vote at ereg.elections.ca.
You can also register in person when you go to vote.
How do I vote?
Vote on campus with a special ballot, by mail, at an advance voting location, or on election day at your assigned polling location or on campus.
When can I vote on campus?
Location: L.R. Wilson 1003, McMaster University
Dates:
Sun, 13 April, 12pm – 6pm
Mon, 14 April, 9am – 9pm
Tue, 15 April, 9am – 9pm
Wed, 16 April, 9am – 9pm
Mon, 28 April, 9:30am – 9:30pm (Election Day – Hamilton West residents only)
What is a special ballot?
The Vote on Campus program is designed to reduce barriers to students, but anyone who is eligible to vote can cast a special ballot on campus, regardless of where you live. Polling staff will guide you through this easy process!
